One of the leading names in German symphonic metal, Xandria, will return to Poland this autumn for two shows: October 13th at Hydrozagadka in Warsaw and October 14th at Zaścianek in Kraków. They’ll be joined on both dates by Seven Spires and Secret Rule.

Having been active for nearly three decades, Xandria entered a new era three years ago. The arrival of vocalist Ambre Vourvahis marked a major turning point for the band, alongside the success of “The Wonders Still Awaiting” — their eighth album and arguably the strongest release of their career to date. The numbers speak for themselves: the record brought the German group into the top 10 of their country’s album charts for the very first time, while also performing exceptionally well on the UK rock charts. In 2024, they struck again with the EP “Universal Tales”, further cementing their position in the world of symphonic metal.
Seven Spires have become one of the most active and distinctive acts on the American symphonic metal scene in recent years. Their sound reaches far beyond the genre’s traditional boundaries, incorporating elements of melodic death metal, power metal, and even black metal. Their latest album, “A Fortress Called Home”, was released two years ago via Frontiers Music.
Opening the evening will be Italy’s Secret Rule, who broke into the wider scene with their 2017 album “The Key to the World”. While symphonic metal remains the core of their sound, the Rome-based quartet increasingly blends it with modern influences — something clearly audible on last year’s release “X”. Having already shared stages with Scorpions, Amaranthe, and Visions of Atlantis, they’ll make sure the night starts with the right amount of energy.
