THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER | Kraków

Two decades will have passed in 2027 since the release of "Nocturnal", The Black Dahlia Murder’s third album, widely regarded as the band's magnum opus. To celebrate the anniversary, the band will embark on a European tour at the beginning of the year, stopping in Kraków on January 26th for a show at Kwadrat.
The Black Dahlia Murder emerged in the early 2000s as one of the bands that brought a breath of fresh air to the global extreme metal scene. Drawing heavily from the Gothenburg melodic death metal movement, particularly bands like At the Gates and In Flames, they fused those influences with the brutal American death metal sound of acts such as Morbid Angel and Malevolent Creation. Over the years, the Waterford, Michigan outfit has become one of the flagship bands on the legendary Metal Blade Records roster, releasing all of their full-length albums through the label. The band will celebrate the 20th anniversary of "Nocturnal", widely considered the finest record in their catalog, with a European tour kicking off early next year, including a stop at Kwadrat in Kraków on January 26th.
